ShaneCon built the beer garden at The Butcher's Tale, Kaskaid Hospitality's steakhouse at 1121 Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis, creating a roughly 2,000 sq. ft. outdoor dining space next to the restaurant.
Project Details
The Butcher's Tale opened in 2021 in the former Butcher & the Boar space on Hennepin Avenue. Its beer garden is about 2,000 sq. ft. and serves burgers, fried chicken and handmade brats alongside the main dining room's steak and seafood menu.
The space was later redesigned as a permanent, four-season atrium with a glass roof and retractable walls, so guests can use it year-round.
