ShaneCon built JUN, a Szechuan kitchen and bar from chef Jessie Wong at 730 N Washington Ave in Minneapolis's North Loop.
Project Details
JUN is run by chef Jessie Wong and her son Jack, who have operated Szechuan in Roseville since 2009. The restaurant took over the former Rojo Mexican Grill space on Washington Avenue in the North Loop, with a full bar and a dining room for wok-fired dishes, dumplings and noodle soups.
