Renovation of a former Applebee’s into a vibrant new restaurant in Lakeville, MN. The transformation included an open-ceiling floorplan, custom built-in seating, a 40-tap cooler with bottle storage, and fully renovated restrooms and entrance façade, eliminating all traces of the previous design.
